1. Can I make changes to my order?
To insure a quick delivery all orders begin our processing process the same or following day, So orders cannot to be altered or changed after the order is placed. Please double check your order and make sure everything is correct before finalizing your order.

4. Do you offer returns on Atási Cosmetics?
Yes, but ONLY if the original box & security seal has NOT been opened/broken. A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned products were not opened and security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank Card within 24-48Hrs after we receive the return package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please write on the outside of the package with a marker "RETURN - NO DUTIES" so they don't get held up in customs.

Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and Reason for return!

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Atási will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you DO NOT use UPS to send your return as they charge very high brokerage fees to clear the parcel which we will not be responsible for. 

5. Can I make a exchange on Atási cosmetics?

No, we currently offer no exchanges on our cosmetics.


All of our Atási cosmetics are put through a multiple point inspection before delivery to ensure you receive a damage free item.

We are not responsible for any damages caused by the shipping company.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.
