1. Can I make changes to my order?

To insure a quick delivery all orders begin our processing process the same or following day, So orders cannot to be altered or changed after the order is placed. Please double check your order and make sure everything is correct before finalizing your order. 






2. May I return my order of Sew-in hair extensions?

Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on UNOPENED sew-in hair extensions within TWO (2) DAYS of you receiving your order. We are very proud of the high quality extensions that we offer and because of that, We have a very low return rate. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on your Atási sew in hair extensions that have not been opened or tampered with! 

You must contact us first before returning your package within the TWO (2) day return period at 1-800-331-3504 During Business Hours Or Email (Info@AtasiBeauty.com) . All Atási Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened, and in their original packaging, the packaging must not be defected in any way, or your return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if our boxes have been opened/seal has been broken.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please write on the outside of the package with a marker "RETURN - NO DUTIES" so they don't get held up in customs.

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Atási will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you DO NOT use UPS to send your return as they charge very high brokerage fees to clear the parcel which we will not be responsible for.

Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened sew-in hair extensions within TWO (2) DAYS of you receiving your order. We are very proud of the high quality extensions that we offer and because of that, We have a very low return rate. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on your Atási Clip in hair extensions that have not been opened or tampered with! All of our 100% virgin Remy hair clip in extensions Come with a tester piece for you to use to color match your hair before opening the package. The tester piece must also be returned unaltered or your refund won't be approved and your items will be sent back to you.

Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened closure and frontal hair extension units. within TWO (2) DAYS of you receiving your order. We are very proud of the high quality extensions that we offer and because of that, We have a very low return rate. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on your Atási frontal and closure hair extension units that have not been opened, or tampered with! The seal on our boxes must not be broken or your refund won't be issued.

5..May I return my Atási 100% virgin hair full lace wig or lace frontal wig?

As of now, All sales are final on wig orders. No return and no exchanges.











6..Can I make a exchange on Atási Clip-in hair extensions?
Yes, you can make an exchange request within THREE (3) DAYS of you receiving your Atási luxury 100% virgin Remy clip in hair extensions. Atási 100% virgin Remy Hair Clip in Extensions must be shipped back unopened, and in their original packaging, the packaging must not be defected in anyway or a exchange will not be issued. Human/Virgin hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if our boxes have been opened/seal has been broken!
The tester piece also must be returned unsalted in order for your exchange to be processed or your items will be returned back to you. 

All Sales are final on custom coloring and Custom Orders.

9.. When will I receive my refund?
A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank Card within 24-48Hrs after we receive back the package.












10.. If I choose to dye my Atási hair extensions and they become damaged may I return them?
You may choose to get your extensions dyed by a stylist, or do so yourself. But, however, We are not responsible for any damages done to the hair after coloring by you or your stylist. We are aware that everyone is not a colorist or a specialist at coloring hair extensions and mistakes can happen that's is why we cannot be fully or partially responsible for any damages done to the hair if you choose to dye it. Our hair dyes flawlessly when done in the correct manner. 














11.. Why did I get charged customs fees/taxes when I received my package?
All packages imported to your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. 
Please contact your country's customs office prior to purchasing for respective charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS AND CUSTOMS DETAILS
Please be aware that orders shipped to destinations outside the United States are subject to taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and all other expenses related to the import of products into that country from the United States. Sugarpill is not able to add these fees to your order before checkout. Since these laws and fees can change over time, Sugarpill encourages customers to check with the applicable Customs offices before placing an order. Atási will not reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal. If your package is returned to us we will only refund the product price, shipping charges are non refundable. We must declare all orders as merchandise with the correct description and value. We will not declare your order as a gift or with a lower value as this is against existing laws.


WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.
