All prices on the website exclude shipping fees. Your 100% virgin Remy Atási Hair Extensions are shipped from our facility in the USA.
USA: 2-5 Business days
USA Express: 1-2 Business days
Canada: 7-12 Business days
Canada Express: 3-5 Business days
International: 10-15 business days (may be longer for slow-to-ship countries)
We ship: Monday through Friday, we do not
ship on weekends and holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) will be shipped out same day! (MON-FRI)
Express shipping is only applicable Monday – Thursday and on orders placed BEFORE 10am EST. Any orders placed on Fridays, Weekends, or on Postal & Public Holidays will be shipped on the next available shipping day.
Express shipping time is not guaranteed. The Overnight shipping estimate is not guaranteed. Remote or rural areas can take 2-3 business days for delivery. This option may not be available for some locations, in this case the next fastest shipping option will be selected, and if there's money left over, the reminder of your money refunded to you.

International customers (outside of USA) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. Even more for slow-to-ship countries see below. Perhaps because of customs clearance. However, We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fee's due to the geographical location.
Please be sure to triple check that your address is entered correctly, Atási is not responsible for the package if you entered an incorrect shipping address. Keep in mind, to ensure fast processing and delivery, there are no changes allowed after a order has been placed.
1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Most orders are processed and ship same day if placed before 2pm EST.
Processing time may vary due to merchandise availability and/or payment discrepancies. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

Back-ordered items are shipped to you as soon as we receive them in our warehouse.

2. What happens after I place my order?
After you place your order of Atási luxury hair extensions, You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. Please check your junk mail folder if you did not receive one in your regular mail folder.
**ALL packages require a signature. Your package will be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery. Atási is not responsible for any delays caused by adverse weather conditions,customs or delays to orders shipped to slow-to-ship countries. Delivery time for Economy and Standard shipping are estimates only. Only 2 Day, 3 Day and Overnight shipping methods are guaranteed to arrive by the estimated date.**
3. When will my tracking number start to update?
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Please Track Your Package at www.USPS.com. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact our customer service at 1-800-331-3504 or info@AtasiBeauty.com
4. Why did I get charged customs fees/taxes when I received my package?
All packages imported to your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office prior to purchasing for respective charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS AND CUSTOMS DETAILS:
Please be aware that orders shipped to destinations outside the United States are subject to taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and all other expenses related to the import of products into that country from the United States. Atási is not able to add these fees to your order before checkout. Since these laws and fees can change over time, Atási encourages customers to check with the applicable Customs offices before placing an order. Atási will not reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal. If your package is returned to us we will only refund the product price, shipping charges are non refundable. We must declare all orders as merchandise with the correct description and value. We will not declare your order as a gift or with a lower value as this is against existing laws.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.
